Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere with exceptional service from the managers and a stunning view from the room that made our stay truly memorable.

Nothing to complain about.

Location is prime, just a short walk to Bourbon Street. The elevators are slow, which can be frustrating at times.

Great location and friendly staff. Waiting for elevators took too long.

The location was convenient, just blocks from Bourbon Street. The elevator issues were annoying and made moving around frustrating.

The sheets were stained with blood, and after a long night out, I had to go down for fresh linens myself. It was frustrating to deal with that at 2 AM. Avoid this place!

The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. The lobby looks nice and has a great vibe with complimentary water and electrolytes for the hot days.

The renovations left some areas in disarray.

Had a fabulous Christmas stay at hotel, staff super friendly and helpful. Perfect location on Canal Street, close to all the action. Room was spotless and comfy bed for a good night's sleep.

Experienced a nightmare during the stay. Rat in room 405, smell of mildew in hallways, and worn-out carpets.

The room had a romantic ambiance and offered a beautiful view of the city. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, it lacked basic items like a shower curtain and adequate towels. The air conditioner was noisy, detracting from the overall comfort. Maintenance issues were evident; window sills needed attention, and the bathroom tub was unclean. Despite the challenges, the staff was polite, though some interactions felt lacking. Noise from neighboring rooms was minimal, and cleanliness was generally acceptable. Just be prepared to bring your own towels and iron.

The staff was friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. The bar served great drinks and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing after a long day.

It wasn't the cheapest place around but worth it for the experience.

Perfect walking distance to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable. The room, though small, was comfortable with fluffy pillows—ideal for a good night’s sleep. the bathroom lacked a vent, leading to some steamy moments. The elevator situation was frustrating; it hardly functioned, forcing us to use the stairwell often. Cleanliness was a plus, but there's a noticeable effort to cut corners—paint splatters on the carpet and a makeshift feel. location and staff shone, but some concerns need addressing.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for anyone who loves to explore the vibrant streets of New Orleans as it's within easy walking distance of amazing attractions like Bourbon Street, the National WWII Museum, and the famous Cafe du Monde for those incredible beignets; I enjoyed leisurely strolls to the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas which are both just a short walk away, and even found some great local eats just steps from the front door. The hotel features cozy rooms and a nice coffee station in the lobby which was a cherry on top for my early morning adventures, but the cleanliness in some areas could use a little improvement.

The Hampton Inn & Suites offers a fantastic location just a short walk from the French Quarter, making it easy to explore local attractions. the hotel is undergoing renovations, which can be disruptive, and the breakfast options and room amenities could definitely use enhancement.

The lobby exudes charm, and the staff is genuinely welcoming. The spacious room had a comfortable bed, but the bathroom left much to be desired—barely room for a toothbrush. I appreciated the locked front entrance for added security, given the area. minor issues emerged. One elevator was out, forcing a climb from the 10th floor, and some fixtures were sadly neglected. Breakfast options were underwhelming, primarily low-quality pastries with minimal coffee. The bar experience was mixed, with a bartender whose pricing and service could use improvement. This place has potential, yet it feels like a gem in need of polishing. I recommend they focus on maintenance to truly shine.

The gold-chromed industrial furnishings with wheels and travel-stamp like stickers were so reminiscent of my childhood diary! I loved the beachside bliss and the B Festive welcome amenity brought out my inner fancy princess with champagne and dessert.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to construction noise all night, the lullabies of the city's progress.

My car got hit in the parking garage, and the security couldn't help. But the spacious, gorgeous room and amazing staff made the stay worthwhile. I'll recommend this hotel.

Super close to Bourbon Street and French Quarter - we partied like rockstars! Beds were so comfy and the staff was mad chill.

Wish there was a cooler rooftop spot to hang with live music and vibes for a lit young crowd like us! .

When we checked in, we were excited to explore the city and were hoping for a cozy and comfortable room. The room assigned to us initially had some issues - the ironing facilities were missing, and there was no heating as it was a bit chilly that evening. the room had a decent air conditioning unit, which helped regulate the temperature once we got it working properly. I was a bit disappointed to find that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. A good cup of coffee in the morning is a must for me! The sitting area in the room was quite nice, allowing us to relax after a day of exploring. We appreciated the free toiletries provided, but I did notice that there were some stains on the curtains that could use a good cleaning. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, but the channels were a bit limited. It would have been nice to have more options for entertainment. I wanted to grab a snack or some essentials from the shops/commercial services within the hotel, but they were closed during our stay. One thing that stood out was the warm welcome drink we received upon arrival. It was a nice gesture and helped us feel welcomed after a long journey. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which was a definite plus. our stay had its ups and downs. While the room had some issues like missing amenities and cleanliness concerns, the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere made our stay more enjoyable.

The location was perfect! Just a short stroll to the main strip and all the lively spots. The lobby was inviting, and the bed felt like a dream , so comfy. I loved that I could walk to Bourbon Street and restaurants within 5, 10 minutes.

The staff could use a bit more pep in their step. Communication about services like parking and amenities was lacking.

we had a great time at Hampton Inn & Suites Canal St French Quarter. the location close to bourbon street was perfect for our planned activities. the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was nicely decorated. also, the GM Bruce was able to make us feel a lil bit better after talking to him and 2 nights for the price of 1 really made a difference.

Can't fault anything about it! 😊

Feel the lively vibes of this vibrant city. Dive into the history, music, and unique charm of New Orleans that seeps into your soul.

My kids desired a playground near the hotel for more family-friendly activities.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel. The modern posh style impressed us, and it was much better than the pricier hotel we stayed at before. The staff was friendly and gave great recommendations. We loved the ionic hairdryer and the perfect location, just steps away from the Saenger theatre and a short walk to the French Quarter. The breakfast at Madame's was a pleasant surprise. a budget-friendly experience with impressive amenities.

Dirty halls, difficulty with clean towels, and inconsistent room assignments.
